|Panel Discussion on Hate Crimes|

In honor of the 15th anniversary of the death of Matthew Shepard, Transylvania's Diversity Action Council leads a panel discussion about hate crimes. The discussion will focus on legal matters related to hate crime legislation, Title IX, and trends in hate crimes. Panelists include Transylvania professors Don Dugi and Brian Rich; Ashley Gutshall, Transylvania's Green Dot program coordinator; and Raymond Sexton, the executive director of the Lexington/Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission.
