An Inconvenient Truth was a 2006 Sundance Film Festival hit and offers a passionate and inspirational look at one man's fervent crusade to expose the myths and misconceptions that surround global warming and inspire actions to prevent it. That man is former Vice President Al Gore, who has a personal history and lifelong commitment to reversing the effects of global climate change. He is persuasive in his argument that we can no longer afford to view global warming as a political issue.
